First, a member of our team contacts you to talk about your business and what you need from a drinks supplier. After that initial conversation, we provide pricing and send you the customer registration form.
You complete the registration stage
The registration form asks for the business information we need to carry out our review. You will also need to return the signed form with the relevant supporting documents.

We review your information
Once we have the signed form and supporting information, we review the information. If something needed for that review is missing, we will ask you for it. We will then let you know when your account is open.

You receive your ordering access
After your account has been approved, we issue your credentials for the Champers Drinks Ordering Platform within 24 hours. This timing applies to your ordering credentials after approval, not to the earlier registration review.
Once you can sign in, you can begin placing orders. If you have a question while your registration is in progress, or you are unsure what information applies to your business, contact our team and we will help clarify what is needed.
